1- HOW TO CLEAN PVC COVER BLOCK MOULDS?

Just use soap water along with a toothbrush to clean the minor cavities. Never use ACID to clean the moulds. The use of ACID with deteriorate the surface finish and increase concrete adherence to the surface of the moulds leading to difficult demoulding.

2- IS RELEASING LUBRICANT REQUIRED FOR COVER BLOCK MOULDS?

For Hansika Polymers premium grade PVC moulds we don't recommend use of any lubricant. Moulds are highly glossy and properly designed to make sure Demoulding is smooth + Easy.

3- WHAT IS A RECOMMENDED MIX DESIGN?

Mix design is very subjective to grade of materials available from location to location. To start a mix design of 1:1.5:1 ( Cement : Sand : Aggregate ) is recommended. But as said, this is a start point and has to be corrected as per strength required, cost and other factors.
